Kalinga University, Raipur has emerged as a centre of excellence of higher education in Central India. Strategically located in the Smart City of New Raipur, this University has started carving a niche for itself in the education domain and is rising as a shining star on the horizon of quality education. A centre for Doctoral Research Program in various fields. Currently the University is serving the student community through 12 schools offering Diploma, UG, PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs namely Arts & Humanities, Biotechnology, Commerce & Management, Engineering, Fashion Design Information Technology, Interior Design, Journalism & Mass Communication, Law, Library Science, Pharmacy and Science. All schools are headed by senior professors having excellent academic credentials and experience of teaching, publications and research.


Department of Pharmacy at Kalinga University started in 2016. In a very short span the department proved itself as a flagship department of the University. At present 15 students from foreign Nations (Zimbabwe, South Africa, Nigeria, Nepal, Zambia) are studying in the department. The department is enriched with almost all major instruments required to become a skilled researcher. The department is well known to the fraternity of higher education due to its quality and dedication.

About the Conference

More than 1600+ pharmacists are passing out every year from the state but due to lack of Pharmaceutical Industries in the state they have to migrate towards other state. Similarly, other science graduate and post graduate fraternity are also suffering from the same problem. The exchange of knowledge of Pharmaceutical dosage form preparation, repackaging, contract manufacturing, marketing, clinical trials, contract research can mould the Pharmacy/Science fraternity into the new Entrepreneurs. The exchange of knowledge needs one platform to share the experience , thus this seminar is designed. Interaction with the established Entrepreneurs can provide them the right direction to become young Entrepreneurs. Emphasis is given to gather all stakeholders under a roof to avail/interlink the knowledge completely. Seminar like this will surely benefit the young community of pharmacist/science graduates to become young entrepreneurs. Through this seminar one small step is initiated to overcome the hurdles and clear the doubts of young minds to become Entrepreneurs


To share the path among the young generation to start their own small scale industry.

To enhance the capacity of Pharmacy/Science graduates to provide more innovative pharmaceutical services to society either as owners of pharmaceutical businesses or as managers in such operations.

Exchange of knowledge from stabilized entrepreneurs so that budding graduates can become entrepreneurs

Exchange the knowledge about support, schemes available by state or central government to start small scale industries in Chhattisgarh.

Poster Presentation

Through evaluation abstracts will be selected for poster presentation. The organizer will confer best poster presentation award based on the quality of presentation

Note:    Poster size should be 3*3 feet.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

The authors are required to submit an abstract original, unpublished paper not exceeding 500 words without figures and tables. The abstract should include:

  • • Title in MS Word - Times New Roman (Size 16 Points) in single spacing.
  • • Author's name in MS Word - Times New Roman (Size 14 Points).
  • • Affiliation in MS Word -Times New Roman (Size 12 Points).
  • • Abstract in MS Word -Times New Roman (Size 12 Points) in single spacing.

Abstract should briefly include the purpose of study, methods, results, and conclusions.
