Dr. Anand Mahalwar is presently working as Professor and Principal, at Kalinga University – Faculty of Pharmacy, New Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He has around 15 years of Teaching and Research experience.

Dr. Mahalwar has completed his Ph. D. from Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

and Post Graduate Degree (M. Pharmacy, Specialization - Pharmaceutics) from Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr. Hari Singh Gour, Central University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh India.

His prime research area includes formulation of multiple bioactive delivery systems like multiphase hydrogels, nanosystems, microspheres, designing strategies for protein and peptide delivery, advanced statistical and mathematical modelling methods, plant tissue culture techniques and development of novel systems for delivery of plant actives and extracts.

Dr. Mahalwar has 7 Research and Review Papers published in reputed National and International Journals. He has successfully organized 2 National Level Seminars sponsored by Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology (CCOST), Raipur. He has successfully organized and completed Zonal Level ANVESHAN: Students Research Convention under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

He is expert in handling all sophisticated instruments like HPLC, UV/Visible Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzer, Zeta Potential Analyzer, TEM, etc. He is actively working as Subject Expert in various Universities like Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, R. K. University, Gujarat, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Rajasthan.

He has organized numerous Health Camps, Blood Donation Camps and Awareness Camps for the benefit of the community.
