About The Two-Day Global Conference

The Two-Day Global Conference on “Emerging Trends in Artificial Intelligence: Comparative Approaches of Legal Governance” aims to examine the evolving relationship between AI and legal systems globally. Due to the growing influence of AI across commercial laws, criminal justice systems, intellectual property regimes, judicial institutions, healthcare regulations, cyber law frameworks, and international legal mechanisms, it raises concerns regarding privacy, transparency, accountability, liability, bias, and protection of human rights

The conference will provide a global platform for legal professionals, judges, academicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry experts to discuss comparative legal and regulatory approaches to AI governance. Through keynote addresses, research paper presentations, case-study analysis, and panel discussions, participants will explore global regulatory practices, emerging challenges, and policy recommendations for ethical, accountable, and future-ready AI governance.

Guidelines for Abstract:

Title of the abstract: Times New Roman, font size 14.
The abstract should contain personal details of the author(s) in the order: Title of the Paper, Name, Designation, Institute/University/College/Organisation, Contact Number, E-mail, and Address of Correspondence of the Author(s).
Main Text - 150-300 words, Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified, with a margin left 1.5 inch and right 1.0-inch, top 1 inch and bottom 1 inch. The first line of the paragraph is not to be indented.
Keywords: 5 keywords

Note: Abstracts will be Published as Conference Proceedings with ISBN Number.
Springer Publication - Selected good Quality papers will be published in Atlantis Press (Springer Nature) (Publication Charges will be INR 12,500/- for a selected paper).
Kindly indicate the name of the main author for correspondence in case of more than one author.

The following guidelines should be followed:

Author guidelines - Please follow the guidelines for proper format of writing: Authors details, Affiliation, Mail id, ORCID Margins, line spacing. Id. Maximum Three authors are allowed including main author. One of the authors must have Doctorate / Ph.D.
Abstract (150-300 words and 5 key words), Full paper (2500-3000 words, excluding references).
Footnotes and references are mandatory.
APA citations: Please ensure that all information in your manuscript that is taken from another source is substantiated with an in-text reference citation. The publisher will return your submission to you for correction if you do not properly format your references. Only papers registered and presented at the conference will be considered for publication.
Similarity: should not exceed 10%.
AI Similarity must be less than 10%.

Publication Policy

Selected high-quality papers, after undergoing the prescribed peer-review process, shall be considered for publication in the Springer Nature (Atlantis Press Book Proceeding Series). Publication in Springer Nature is subject to the acceptance of the paper by the Springer Nature and compliance with all prescribed guidelines.
Authors opting for publication in the Springer Nature proceedings shall be required to pay a publication fee of ₹12,500/- per paper, which includes the Article Processing Charges (APC) and other associated publication expenses.
The publication fee shall be payable only after the paper has been accepted for inclusion in the Springer Nature book proceeding and upon notification by the organizing committee.
Only papers that are duly registered, presented at the conference, and accepted after the review process shall be forwarded for publication. The decision of the editorial board and the Springer Nature (Atlantis Press) regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts shall be final and binding.
Springer Nature Book Proceedings: Selected high-quality papers will be published in the Springer Nature Book Proceedings, which may subsequently be indexed in databases such as Google Scholar, Dimensions, CNKI, Wanfang Data, CPCI, Compendex, and Scopus, subject to the publisher's indexing policies.
Journal Publication: Papers that do not qualify for the Springer Nature Book Proceedings will be considered for publication in the Journal of Law and Artificial Intelligence (E-ISSN: 3107-8524) (Peer-Reviewed Journal as per the latest UGC Guidelines), subject to applicable publication charges.
Edited Book with ISBN: Select papers may also be published in an Edited Book with ISBN without any publication charges.
