

Our Faculty of Technology successfully organised a Two-Day International Conference on "Emerging Technology for Sustainable Development" (ICETSD) 2025. It was in collaboration with Government Engineering College Raipur, Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur, Visvesvaraya Group of Institutions Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ultra Tech Cement and Centre for Energy and Environmental Sustainability. Students, faculty members, researchers, industry experts, and policymakers explored the impact of emerging technologies on sustainable development. The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. S.P. Pandey, Advisor, Visvesvaraya Group of Institutions. The keynote speakers of the event were Dr. Sharad Chandra Srivastava, Professor and Dean, School of Engineering, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur, who shared his thoughts on Industry 5.0, also known as Human-Tech Partnership, and Dr. Brijesh Patel, Research Professor, National Taiwan University, informed the participants on how new technologies are being used in Taiwan through social work and administrative actions. With over 550 participants, a total of 305 research papers were presented on different topics and a total of 7 technical sessions were conducted.
