

About the Program: Jointly organised by Surana & Surana International Attorneys and our Faculty of Law, the Judex 3.0 Human Rights Law Moot Court Competition 2025-26 featured Hon'ble Justice Gautam Chourdiya, who shared insights on the role of law in protecting human rights. Dr. R. Shridhar, Vice-Chancellor of Kalinga University, commenced the ceremony by welcoming all participants, while Dr. Azim Khan B. Pathan, Dean, Faculty of Law, highlighted the Faculty's commitment towards legal excellence. Mr. Preetam Surana, Partner – Dispute Resolution and Head of Academic Initiatives, shared the vision behind JUDEX. Twenty teams from across India presented arguments on human rights issues, among which eight top-performing teams were selected for the quarter-final round. The entire competition was effectively managed by Prof. (Mrs.) Saloni Tyagi Shrivastava, HOD in charge, along with Ms. Paluck Sharma, Mrs. Darshi Sharma Guhey, and student coordinators, ensured smooth coordination.
