Dr.N.K.Dhapekar is an Assistant Professor and Incharge Head-Department of Civil Engineering, Kalinga University, Chhattisgarh, India. He commands a rich experience in Teaching, Research and Industrial Consultancy of about 17 years during which he has supervised many research scholars and offshore consultancy assignments, both in India and abroad. His active research areas include dynamic analysis and design of structures, development of new-generation waste material for sustainable infrastructure, Structural health monitoring of structures, Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management in construction industries. He has authored about 40 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and refereed conferences organized by professional societies around the world. He has published one textbook, which is published by Lambert publishers of international repute. He is an active member of several professional bodies and societies, both in India and abroad. He has also conducted about three distance-education programs on various engineering software for the Bentley Inc; USA. He is a vibrant speaker and delivered many keynote address in International conferences, workshops, and seminars organized in India. He has developed his own Software in Concrete Technology using ANN.
