Note :

1. Air Conditioner Maintenance Costs will be borne by respective students availing the facilities Once opted, rooms & types cannot be downgraded.
2. Caution Money (One Time - Refundable) - INR 5000/- for students enrolling in the 2025-26 session.
3. AC rooms will be available in the hostel only if all the students staying in the room agree to have AC.
4. In case a student has paid booking amount for hostel and is cancelling without using any facilities of the hostel, then for cancelling their hostel booking they will be charged a cancellation fee of INR 2,000/-.
