Admission to Kalinga University programs are based on the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE). KALSEE 2024-25 is a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted by Pearson VUE (for Kalinga University) and will be held in various cities across India & other countries.

1. B.Tech – Total 4 Sections - Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English Communication. All questions will be of 1 mark each.

Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination (KALSEE) - Registration

Step 1:

Apply to Kalinga University by filling the online application form available on kalingauniversity.ac.in.

Step 2:

Upon authentication of payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours, providing you with your user id, password & the URL to schedule your test.

Scheduling

Scheduling of KALSEE must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the desired exam appointment.

You will be able to select the Date, Time and Test Centre based on the availability of seats. However, availability of preferred Test Center or Time cannot be assured as the Test Slots will be scheduled on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon successful scheduling of the test.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of KALSEE must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the exam appointment. You are allowed to reschedule exam appointment only one time within the authorized exam delivery period.

Additional KALSEE

When you have different Program preferences, you will be required to take additional KALSEE.

The additional KALSEE can be scheduled for the same date or a different date depending on your convenience and the availability of slots at Test Centers by paying fees again.

Cancellation Policy

You must reach the Test Center 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be refused admission. The application fee is non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferrable. Please note that the Admit Card is mandatory for entry into the test centre. Print out of the Admit Card received through e-mail is to be carried to the test centre along with one government issued ID proof. Candidates are required to provide any one of the following ID proofs at the test centre (in original, valid, non-expired). You must ensure that the ID proof that you bring for test carries (a) your name exactly as given in the application form and (b) a permanently affixed photograph.

  • PAN card
  • Any Government-approved Photo ID

No personal items are allowed in the Test Center. This includes bags, books, notes, phones, pagers, watches, wallets, calculators, etc. Persons accompanying the Candidate will not be allowed into the test premises, and no waiting area will be provided.
