In India, the challenges we face in the realm of education and training are enormous; however, the shortage of people with employable skills is particularly alarming for us as a nation. To address this specific issue, Bosch has developed a short-term, job-oriented vocational training program known as BRIDGE, which focuses on school dropouts, ensuring their job readiness.

BRIDGE (Bosch’s Response to India’s Development and Growth through Employability Enhancement) is a pioneering Bosch CSR program that helps fulfilling the growing need for skilled manpower across sectors in India.

Kalinga University has signed an MOU with the worldwide reputed automobile company BOSCH to initiate BRIDGE course for school dropout students. It is a skill development program for socio-economically backward school dropout students of eighteen to twenty five years age group who do not get scope to continue their higher studies. In this training program selected students are trained and provided jobs after successful completion of the course.
