Green Building

Kalinga University Raipur, focusses on the standards of building construction as per green standards in order to promote environmental stewardship to our students. Our University has taken a leading role in the construction of green building in order to reduce resource consumption, save money in the long run, and instil the importance on environmental sustainability on our students. Green building certification has been done by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).

Green building rating brings together a host of sustainable practices and solutions to reduce the environmental impacts. Green building design provides an integrated approach considering life cycle impacts of the resources used.
